"I first sought Machelle’s help in early June when I realized that my Congo African Grey, Sierra, was not actually having a massive molt, but was biting off all her feathers! She realized immediately that it was probably either a dietary issue or an environmental one. She asked a million questions to figure out what was causing the problem and then designed a custom diet for her.
I carefully followed the instructions, desperate to help our girl. Within 3 days she had stopped biting off feathers!
