Why Auto Pay:
Upon sending an Auto Ship / Auto Pay invoice we allow the customer 4 days to open, review, make changes to their order (via an email to me), and pay their invoice on their own. If at the end of the 5th day the customer has not yet paid only then do I attempt to capture payment.
Through Paypal Auto Pay your primary funding source is used. You can set your primary funding to your checking account, your savings account, a debit card or credit card. So it is possible to use only your credit card to pay your Auto Pay as long as you have your credit card linked to your Paypal account and set as your primary funding source.
Additionally, if we do not receive a payment for any given month we remove the customer from Auto Ship. You can request to be added again, but that may mean you have to choose a different billing date and subsequently a different shipping date. Also, upon re-registering for Auto Ship a customer is considered a "new" customer. All new registrations begin one month after registration - not paying on time, or forgetting to pay removes a customer from Auto Ship and upon re-registering their current shipment is canceled and delays their new shipment by one month or more.
I strongly suggest you register for Auto Pay and make sure funds are always available so that your shipments are guaranteed never to be interrupted. Auto Pay benefits both our company to ensure we are able to plan our productions schedule receive payments on time and it also benefits our customers ensuring they receive their shipments in a timely manner.
Understand the date of billing and/or the date of production is NOT the date of shipment; date of shipment is approximately 7-14 days AFTER receiving your payment.
No matter when we produce the foods, your billing date will always be the same. (You can request a specific day of the month. If we have openings for that week, we will happily fulfill your request.)
If you purchase more than one species of food we bill you for both or all, but we hold your order until all varieties of food is processed to save you $ on shipping. (This will require planning ahead on your part for the first order due to the fact we do not produce all foods the at the same time, during any given week.)
We do not ship right after you pay because we are still in the production, dehydration and processing phase. We literally use your money to purchase the ingredients to make your bird's food!
Shipment may be delayed if you purchase more than one variety.
After receiving your invoice each month your have 4 days to add, remove or cancel.Just email us at: Machelle@TheBestBirdFood.com.If you do not pay or contact us within 4 days, only then will your account be billed!Your primary funding source for your Auto Ship invoices must maintain a limitthat will cover your scheduled Auto Ship invoices.

Auto Ship of Origins Wild Diet!
We will only accept those customers into our Preferred Customer Auto Ship Program who sign up for
Automatic Billing... even though we may never need to activate this feature on our end.
You are not obligated in any way to continue with Auto Ship | Auto Pay. You can cancel this service at any time.
However, any payments already paid are totally and completely non-refundable.
Customers are allowed cancellation of Auto Ships 3 times only.
After 3 cancellations customer will be permanently removed from Auto Ship
and will not be added back on under any circumstances.
Customer will then need to personally place all orders directly on our website;
no custom invoices will be prepared by our company.
How does this work? It's easy.
You decide how many pounds of each variety of food your flock needs, how often it is needed, i.e. each month, every other month, every 3 months, every 6 months and so forth; add up the amount. Also add any other treats you may want each month. Be sure to include the shipping amount. Set your Automatic Billing limit high enough to cover your flock's food, treats and shipping. Sign up. Voila!
If you want to set the amount a tad higher in case you want to add a toy or two now or then you can do that too. Or you can simply return to our site to purchase other items separately!
You will receive an invoice each and every billing cycle you have chosen, usually on a Friday of the week you have chosen, week 1, 2, 3 or 4. You must open the invoice and pay it; we do not simply capture the funds. Only if you do not pay within 4 days of the receipt of invoice will we initiate capturing the funds. If funds are not available we will cancel the invoice, cancel your Auto Ship and remove you from our program.
Make sure you have chosen the correct funding source as your ***primary*** funding source in your Paypal Account Profile, i.e. you can use your checking account, savings account, debit card or credit card as your primary funding source. It is your primary funding source Auto Payments will be deducted from.
