BirD-elicious!™ Origins Wild Diet!™ is committed to complying with legislation governing the privacy of personal information by businesses. BirD-elicious!™ Origins!™ has relevant security measures in place to protect against the loss, misuse and alteration of personal information under our control. Any personal information you provide will be stored and managed by BirD-elicious!™ Origins!™ and will only be used for the purpose for which you have provided it and will not be added to any third party mailing lists.
Non-Disparagement: For purposes of this Section, “disparage” shall mean any negative statements, reviews, comments, or feedback, whether written or oral, about our company Passion Tree House LLC, our brands "BirD-elicious!™ Origins!™" in whole or in part, and all of our trademarked sub-brands, all owners and founders, as well as any and all associates of our company will not be made in any form and will include all oral, video, written or electronic communication, whether email, text message, use of Facebook, YouTube, Vimeo, Reddit, Yelp, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter or similar, etc. as user of this website/purchaser of any of our products from this website or via mail or wire. Doing so may be cause for criminal and/or civil legal action.
Terms & Conditions
BirD-elicious!™ Origins Wild Diets!™ prides itself on providing quality products and a high standard of service to its customers. All orders and purchases made through this store are subject to the Terms and Conditions outlined below.
Due to the artisanal, custom-commissioned fresh handmade nature of our foods and toys, we do not issue any refunds or exchanges for any reason, ever.
Orders normally ship 7-14 business days after payment is received. However in times of large volumes of orders, or if you are placing a bulk order of 10 pounds or more, and due to the handmade nature of our foods your order may require up to 10-12 weeks before shipment. If an order includes any of our handmade toys your shipment may be delayed until the toy(s) are made and ready to ship.
Domestic shipping includes insurance for damaged packages for a value up to $50.00. If your order is valued over $50.00 and you wish to purchase insurance for your entire order please email Machelle@TheBestBirdFood.com right after you place your order.
International orders require higher amounts for shipping. Buyer pays this amount. If insurance is desired buyer must pay for insurance up to the total amount of their order. Please contact Machelle@TheBestBirdFood.com. In some cases, the buyer may be required to pay more for shipping over the original amount charged by our website (i.e. - oversized or heavy items). Also, we are not responsible for any duties or taxes your country of origin may charge upon delivery and/or acceptance of the shipment. If delivery does not occur we are not responsible and buyer assumes all loss and/or liability. We only re-ship a returned order if buyer pays for the shipping costs.
All buyers understand that we make no health claims or guarantees with the purchase or use of our products. We do not claim that our daily diets or any snack item are a "total and complete diet" for any species of bird. We suggest adding 1/4 fresh, organic food to your bird's diet along with OWD foods.
Buyer assumes all liability for their pet's health and holds harmless Passion Tree House LLC and all of its representatives free of any financial, physical, mental and/or emotional liability surrounding their pet, themselves and other family members. This includes the purchase or use of any of our toys. We strongly suggest caregivers monitor their birds while playing with any toy.
If you suspect your bird may have a medical problem we suggest you contact and set an appointment to have your pet examined and proper laboratory tests performed by your veterinarian. We are not licensed veterinarians and cannot answer medical questions concerning or regarding the medical issues surrounding and/or regarding your pet's medical health.
Credit card payments are secured using 128-bit SSL encryption. This ensures all credit card details you send to us, directly or indirectly via the internet will be encrypted. If any other user intercepts the communication, they will only be able to view the encrypted form. This makes it impossible to be intercepted by an unauthorized party as long as your browser supports the use of encrypted data transmissions.
Payment & Returns
Payments are accepted via nominated online payment gateways only.
You may use your credit/debit cards with our online payment gateways. Or you can mail a check or money order to us.
*Payment by check requires 10 business days for your check to clear your bank after we deposit your check into our business bank account. Your order will not ship until your check clears. Your shipment is governed by our “Shipping” policies.

No returns or exchanges for any reason due to you custom-commissioning us to produce your bird's food and the high health standards of our company.
By submitting your payment via the website or individualized/custom invoices you are agreeing to all of the terms herein contained on this page.
By submitting your order you are commissioning us to custom-produce any bird food you have ordered.
You understand that your payment cannot be refunded for any reason once you have made payment.
If you are enrolled in Auto Ship / Auto Pay and we do not receive your payment in the allotted time indicated on your invoice, or we cannot capture your payment via Auto Pay within the time allotted on your invoice your Auto Ship enrollment will be canceled for the current and all future orders. Your primary funding source for your Auto Ship invoices must maintain a limit
that will cover your scheduled Auto Ship invoices.
Shipping & Handling
You understand that your payment cannot be refunded and goods cannot be returned for any reason once you have made payment. This policy is in place to protect the health of all companion birds, including yours. You also understand because our foods are handmade that your bird's food may require as long or longer than 3-4 weeks to ship to you but in many cases ships within 7-14 days of the receipt of your payment. In the case of bulk orders, a minimum of 6-8 weeks is required before we ship after we receive your payment and we may not ship for as long as 10-14 weeks depending on our production schedule. A bulk order is an order of 10 or more pounds of food.
Shipping & Handling
All orders are dispatched as soon as possible, subject to availability. Any shipping charges are a guide only and are subject to change at the discretion of the nominated courier or shipping company. Charges do not take into account any bulk discounts or lodgements. Shipping companies assess charges for parcels according to their actual or cubic weight equivalent, whichever is greater. Weights are rounded up to the nearest unit of measurement in all calculations. Dimension restrictions apply to all parcels, including maximum length and girth.
If products are not available at the time of order you will be notified via email and given the option of back ordering or have the amount charged to your credit card refunded. Standard domestic and international shipping and handling fees may apply. Shipping charges may be determined by packing size, weight and delivery location.
You also understand that your bird's food may require as long or longer than 7-14 days to ship to you. You also understand that your package may not be fully insured and we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Because we ship USPS Priority packages are automatically insured up to $50.00USD for domestic mail. If you would like your entire package insured beyond that amount (for items only) we suggest you contact us at Machelle@TheBestBirdFood.com after you place your order and request additional shipping insurance added to your order at your cost.

However, by not disclosing certain information (for e.g. your mailing address) we may not be to provide the service you are requested (for e.g. delivery of products ordered online).

We only use the information you voluntarily provide to us for the purpose it is provided for. For instance, when you supply your registration details at the time of making an online purchase, the details you provide are only used for that transaction only.
