Ingredients: (try to use fresh, organic when you can)
- Papaya (from Mexico or Brazil - Hawaii is always GMO) - Peel and dice to the size you know your flock will enjoy. You can include the seeds if you so desire.
- Mango - Peel. Remove pit. Dice into the size you know your flock will enjoy.
- Persimmon - Peel (I suggest peeling due to the very high alkaloids in the skin. The fruit is safe to feed! Dice to the size you know your flock will enjoy.
- Peas - Sprouted. Use fresh if you can. All I had available at the time I made this dish was freeze dried.
- Pea Shoots - Use fresh if available. All I had available at the time I made this dish was freeze dried. Pea shoots contain naturally occurring DAO (diamine oxidase) which helps with the immune system and prevention of HI (histamine intolerance) which most feather destroyers are prone to.
- Blueberries - Use fresh when you can. All I had available at the time I made this dish was freeze dried.
- Raspberries - Use fresh, organic when you can. All I had available at the time I made this dish was freeze dried.
- Cranberries - Use fresh, organic when you can. All I had available at the time I made this dish was dehydrated.
- Tri-Color Quinoa - Fresh, organic, sprouted.
